Victor Daughterty

Founder

If you are involved in the Nogales produce industry, you probably have met Victor Daughterty, the charismatic founder of Dager Construction. Victor landed in the Tucson and Nogales area in 1984, after his career in the Texas steel industry was cut short because of the crashing oil market. With a fondness for the Nogales community’s family values, honesty and integrity, he knew it was a place he wanted to create a business and help grow the community. Over the last two decades, he has built dozens of projects in the area and even stronger relationships because of his commitment to a job well done and being someone you’d want to work for. It has been his mission to develop Dager as a company their customers can count on, during the construction process and long after.
